All clients receive:
• a complimentary health consultation and screening programme to ensure training within safe limits and within your capabilities
•a starter-pack crammed full of expert nutritional advice, exercise and stretch tips
•a food and activity log to track your progress which could be utilised in some cases to amend your programme or eating habits so you achieve your goals quicker
•free advice and guidance from 6am-10pm every day (including weekends).
Where can I train?
Hi-tech training equipment and big gyms are not essential for a successful keep-fit routine.
CF Personal Training can ensure you reach your goals without leaving your front door!
We provide portable training equipment so you can enjoy challenging strength, toning and cardio workouts at home.
How many sessions do I need to get results?
To see benefits of your commitment can take six weeks, on a basis of training three times a week.
CF Personal Training offers packages for any budget.
Regular guidance and inspiration from your trainer is critical to ensure you maximise your potential, and ensure you are training effectively and safely without the need for a gym.
Can I train with a friend?
Working-out with friends and colleagues can make sessions fun.
Having a training partner can provide motivational support and create a healthy bit of competition!
